Perhaps you are looking for ways to make the most of your vacation and increase your understanding of the national park you plan to visit. If so, you're in the right place!

Since our first audio product in 1996, Travel Audios has done our best to be a "voice" for the National Park Service. We've accomplished this by teaming up with Park Service staff to produce accurate, entertaining and personalized interpretive audio tours. Our goal is to offer you a simple way to enjoy learning about our national parks while you drive. Our photographic products offer you an opportunity to view the landscape as art. Stunning photographs speak volumes about the beauty of our parks and monuments and bring to light the importance of preserving our natural heritage.

You may purchase our products by credit card or by sending in our Mail Order Form with a check or Money Order. Travel Audios protects your credit card transactions by offering you the security of PayPal's state of the art technology. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. If you have a PayPal account, your checkout procedure will be streamlined!

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed and we will do all we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible (typically within 24 to 48 hours).

shipping & delivery

united states shipping:

We are happy to ship anywhere in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), and many international destinations around the world. However, our credit card orders can ONLY calculate shipping costs within the United States (see below). If you prefer to send a check or Money Order, simply use our Mail Order Form accompanied by your payment.

All orders within the United States will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Our products are small and relatively light weight, and first class mail (up to 13oz.) and priority mail (14 oz. and up) is the least expensive method of delivering our products to you within 2 to 4 working days. UPS rates are higher for the same sized packages and they do not deliver to APO or post office boxes. Our U.S. shipping rates offer you the flexibility of increasing your order, but not your shipping fees. The percentage of your shipping costs go down as your order goes up!

For all international orders (including Canada, Mexico, Europe, Japan, China, Australia – and others), please use our Mail Order Form accompanied by your money order (USD). Again, we apologize for not accepting credit cards on international orders. Simply print out and complete the Mail Order Form and include the appropriate shipping cost from our charts below.

CANADA: We are delighted to receive orders from Canada, and will ship via U.S. Postal Service’s Airmail service. Any duty charges are your responsibility.

INTERNATIONAL: We will ship to most countries around the world. All duties, vat and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns on international orders. All international orders will be shipped via U.S Postal Service’s Global Priority Mail, an accelerated airmail service that provides a reliable and economical means of prompt delivery. Please see our flat rate shipping charges below to add to your Mail Order Form:

sales tax

Sales tax is charged on shipments within the state of Utah.

merchandise return policy

The quality of our products is excellent and we stand behind them. However, our CD products come in plastic jewel cases that can be damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged CD, please return it in its ORIGINAL, UNOPENED CONDITION, and we'll send you a replacement CD immediately. Our same policy applies to our photographic products. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please return it to us, and we will replace it immediately.

If your order has already shipped and you contact us to cancel your order, we will refund you the purchase price of the product, (once we receive it back from you UNOPENED). We will not, however, refund your shipping costs. Free shipping is waived for any orders that are cancelled or refused.
